As we welcome you back to our hotel, we would like to assure you that the safety and health of our guest and employees, is of highest importance.

We have been closely monitoring covid_19 updates in order to redefine our already strict cleaning & safety standards, based on the guidelines of the World and Greek Health Organization, to ensure our guests enjoy a worry-free stay.


Medical support for guests

Cooperation with SOS Doctors S.A. in order to provide high quality healthcare services to any guest that might need it.

Public spaces

Hand sanitizer stations are installed in every public area

A PPE kit is always available in the hotel lobby including surgical masks, latex gloves, sanitizing gel, sanitizing wipes, surgical robes, infrared thermometer etc.

Check in & Check out times

The check out time has been changed to 11:00 a.m. and check in will be after 15:00 p.m. to allow for meticulous cleaning of all important areas in the guestrooms

Hotel staff

All staff members are trained by SOS Doctors S.A. qualifies personnel, on the sources and types of transmission of the COVID-19 virus and for the necessary health measures to avoid possible transmission

Daily body temperature monitoring of all employees

Cleaning disinfection housekeeping

Additional deep cleaning and sanitizing with Certified Cleaning and Sanitizing Products in all public and employees’ spaces with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces

All Key card are specially handled and disinfected with UV-C sterilizer

Guest rooms

We have redefined and upgraded our already strict cleaning standards to thoroughly clean all surfaces with Certified Cleaning and Sanitizing Products. Towel changes and daily cleaning is only conducted upon request

Additional disinfection is carried out on the most frequently contact surfaces in guest room areas (remote controls, thermostats, door handles)

Fabric surfaces are thoroughly cleaned with high temperature steam appliance

Paper amenities from the room (envelopes, menus, guest directory) will only be available upon request and/or in digital form

Highest Standards of food safety fully complying with HACCP processes

The breakfast will be only served in the rooms without any extra costs and the breakfast buffet will not be operating. Digital menus will be provided for the guests to safely choose their preferences.

Central air conditioning

All indoor unit coils were professionally serviced and decontaminated according to the recent guidelines of Hellenic National Public Health Organization for prevention of infection transmission, during the Covid19 pandemic

The air conditioning unit of each room is autonomous and fully separated from the rest of the building regarding air circulation

Elevator

Maximum number of guests in the elevator is one person

Guests are encouraged to use the stairs if possible

Elevator floor buttons and handles are regularly sanitized by the Housekeeping
